Ellix Events was founded on a simple conviction: that the most memorable evenings are the quietest ones — those where every choice is intentional, and nothing is left to chance.

Our story
Produced by hand from day one.
Ellix began in a small studio in the West Village, producing a handful of intimate dinners for clients who wanted something quieter than what the industry offered.
Our practice has grown, but our conviction has not changed. We remain small on purpose. We take on a limited number of events each year — enough to be present at every one, and never so many that our producers stop attending in person.
The result is a studio that behaves less like an agency and more like a private atelier for the moments that matter most.

We obsess over the small choices — the paper stock of the menu, the tempo of the arrival music, the temperature of the first course.

We work with a hand-picked circle of florists, chefs, musicians, and craftspeople — never a directory, always a relationship.
