1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Ellix Events for event production services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Formal event engagements are additionally governed by a signed production agreement.
2. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form is an invitation for us to prepare a proposal. It does not, on its own, constitute a booking or a contractual commitment on either side.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed only upon execution of a written production agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit. Payment terms, cancellation windows, and refund policies are set out in that agreement.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including copy, photography, brand assets, and design — is the property of Ellix Events and may not be reproduced without written permission.
5. Third-party vendors
We curate and coordinate a network of independent vendors. While we hold every partner to a high standard, vendors remain responsible for the goods and services they directly provide.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellix Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Liability in respect of event production is governed by the applicable production agreement.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised.
